In Korean, ‘씩씩하다 [ssik-ssik-ha-da]’ describes strength and dignity, with synonyms
like firm, energetic, and brave. It evokes perseverance—rising up and facing challenges again.
Exploring the phonetic similarity between ‘ssik’ and the English words ‘sick’ and ‘seek’,
I curated a magazine for those embracing their ‘ssik’ spirit, featuring transformed
everyday objects and their unique stories.

In order to experiment with how to express a bold and strong character using everyday objects,
all the images were AI generated with Midjourney.
Over 1,000 images were created and 5 most organized image was selected.
